Homeowners can now use an online portal through PayLease to set up an online account and make payments using a major credit card or e-check (ACH). Click the link to visit the PayLease website where you can log in and make your HOA payments.

Alliance Association Bank Auto Pay Form
If you would like your dues deducted from your checking account automatically each year, complete and submit the above form directly to Alliance Bank (the Association's bank) along with a voided check from your checking account. The process takes approximately 30 days to set up so be sure to submit the form by June 30 at the latest for deduction on August 8.
Canceling Auto Pay
If you would like to cancel your automatic withdrawal from your bank, you can use the form in the link to the right. Use this form to completely cancel the withdrawal. If you only need to update your account information, you can simply fill out a new form above.

Email Consent Opt In
I hereby consent to have my Association documents delivered to me via electronic transmission (email and/or email link), pursuant to Civil Code Section 4040 I understand and agree that delivery of said documents is complete at the time of the transmission and that all statutory or other notice requirements as defined in the Association’s governing documents are perfected at transmission. Further, I understand and agree that is my responsibility to notify the Association, in writing, of:
1. Email address changes
2. Withdrawal of my consent to electronic transmission
Membership List Opt Out
Senate Bill 323 makes members’ email addresses part of the Association’s membership list and are available to any homeowner upon written request. The written request must be specific and for a proper purpose. Members who do not wish to have their information shared with other Association members may ‘opt out’ of being included in the membership list, but must do so in writing.
